How does it work?
We find the right person for you based on your requirements (background, language, education etc). We then look through our Talent pool of 200+ applicants to find you 3-5 candidates that match your requirements. You get to interview and choose the right person for you.
All of our talent pool candidates are pre-screened and suitable to join our program. We require professional-level English, 3+ years of academic studies and an analytic mindset.
After you have chosen the right person for your team, we will enrol them in our LCA training program and teach them LCA and support them in doing their first LCA project for your company.
10-weeks LCA training program

2 weeks - full-time intensive training
Dr. Gregory Norris, who is one of the most esteemed LCA professionals in the world, has designed and is teaching our LCA training. He uses a combination of resources to facilitate learning, including: A state-of-the-art LCA textbook, selected journal articles and white papers, Documentation for databases and impact assessment methods, A sequence of practical exercises, Video lectures and weekly live discussion sessions with our professors.

8 weeks - working on your LCA project
After the training the student gets to depend their knowledge about LCA by starting to work on a real life LCA project. They get to put into practice what the training has thought about ISO standards, defining goal ans scope, how to choose the right functional unit and much more.
The LCA project for your company could be a product LCA, organisational LCA, comparative LCA (comparing LCAs of two different products), or LCA of material, process or service.
Support by our world-class experts
Our programs professors, teachers, mentors and other staff are always available to answer any questions you have. We work with the students on a weekly basis answering questions and making sure their projects move along and they have the resources they need to deepen their knowledge about conducting Life Cycle Assessments. Our students also have access to our alumni network of LCA professionals.
